LOCATION:Sutter Health's transfer of millions of dollars in profits from Marin 
 General Hospital will be the focus of a community meeting hosted by 
 Assemblyman Jared Huffman and state Sen. Mark Leno from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. 
 Thursday, May 13.\nSutter has agreed to end its lease of Marin General 
 Hospital five years early and return control of the hospital to the Marin 
 Healthcare District in July.\n\nHuffman, D-San Rafael, has questioned 
 whether the hospital corporation's board, which is overseen by Sutter, has 
 fulfilled its fiduciary responsibility while acquiescing to Sutter Health's 
 removal of $120 million in profits from Marin General since 1995.\n\nThe 
 public meeting will be at the Marin County Veterans Memorial Showcase 
 Theater at 10 Avenue of the Flags in San Rafael.\n
