DESCRIPTION:Wellstone Democratic Renewal Club Program\n\nOn Thursday, April 22nd,
starting at 7:30 PM, the Wellstone Democratic Renewal Club will host a
panel discussion on the implementation of ranked choice voting, RCV, in

7:15.\n\nThe club meets at the Humanist Hall, 390-27th Street, Oakland,
starting with a 6 PM potluck. The event is free but please bring a dish to
share. The rear address, 411 28th Street, is wheel chair accessible but
please call Pamela Drake, 510-593-3721, prior to the meeting for assistance
