DESCRIPTION:The Sixth Annual CubaCaribe Festival of Dance and Music: from Katrina to 
 Port-au-Prince celebrates the exuberant spirit of the Caribbean by bringing 
 together master artists from Haiti, New York, New Orleans, and Cuba (by way 
 of the Bay Area) for a three-week extravaganza that promotes the 
 life-affirming practices of the Caribbean Diaspora.  Founded  in 2003, 
 CubaCaribe has grown into a beloved annual event that preserves  
 time-honored, rarely seen Caribbean art forms; curates diverse emerging and 
 veteran talent from the U.S. and abroad; and taps into the Bay Area’s 
 large Cuban and Caribbean-born artistic population to celebrate tradition 
 while giving space for innovation. \n\n\nALL DATES:  Fridays – Sundays,
