 Natural Gardening Techniques\n \nThe 7th annual FREE tour continues to 
 celebrate the diverse styles of Bay-Friendly with 40 private gardens will 
 be featured in geographic clusters throughout Alameda County in Emeryvile, 
 Oakland, Alameda and Fremont. Several of the garden clusters are walkable 
 and/or bikeable.\n\nThis year's tour continues to celebrate the diverse 
 styles of Bay-Friendly gardens. Come see how gardeners have removed 
 concrete and reused creatively, replaced lawns and installed year-round 
 edible gardens.\n\nLocally-owned businesses and non-profits will also be 
 hosting plant sales on tour day. This means you'll have the chance to not 
 only see a tremendous palette of plants, but also the opportunity to bring 
 some home. Some of the organizations participating in tour day plant sales 
 include LEAF (Local Ecology and Agriculture Fremont), the Emeryville 
 Community Garden and Handsown Nursery.\n\nRegistration for the tour is 
 required. Visit www.BayFriendly.org by April 15, 2010 to register for the 
 tour. Registrants will receive a tour guide book with garden directions and 
 descriptions by mail. \n \nOnline registration and a sneak preview of the 
 2010 gardens are available at www.BayFriendly.org. Volunteers are needed
