DESCRIPTION:View the world a little differently? Now is your chance to show top film 
 and television executives exactly how you see it by entering a short film 
 competition brought to you by The Smalls and Scion. \n	\nIndependent 
 filmmakers from all over are invited to create a short film inspired by 
 sounds they discover inside the The Smalls Street Sounds interactive Sound 
 Map, an online database of user-generated sounds. The films should 
 interpret one of four themes (The Street, America, State of Mind and The 
 Unexpected) and run no longer than three minutes. Can a short film be 
 created using the sounds of gargling, ordering a beer and the frustration 
 of stepping on a scale? Somebody is bound to try! \n\nFour winners will be 
 chosen and get their name in Variety, an HD video camera, and the kind of 
 industry exposure that can launch careers! The deadline to submit is April
