DESCRIPTION:Our neighborhood group is planning a demonstration against an AT&T cell 
 tower proposed by St. Stephen Catholic Church in Walnut Creek. We are 
 opposed because the tower would be located on a beautiful hillside within 
 100 feet of the closest homes. WE are opposed due to health concerns, 
 industrialization of the neighborhood as more towers are located here since 
 WC prefers to site these towers in locations that already have a tower.  
 The Planning Commision has approved, we are appealing to City Council.  The 
 Church and the Oakland Diocese have ignored our letters and phone calls.  
 We can no longer remain silent.  Join us to support our families and our
