Haiti who returned there briefly after the earthquake, will provide an
account of what is happening in the more isolated parts of the stricken
area.\n-James Tamplin, who was in Haiti at the time of the earthquake, will
discuss his experiences participating in some of the relief work.\n-Blaine
Bookey, Hastings Alum and lawyer with the Institute for Justice & Democracy
in Haiti, will discuss plans for re-building Haiti and how lawyers can
encourage respect for human rights during the rebuilding period.\n-Prof.
Naomi Roht Arriaza will provide an international law perspective.
