 part, all or none of a $2 million loan to supply the Marin Clean Energy 
 initiative with the startup capital it needs will be decided when the Board 
 of Supervisors meets at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.\n\nSupervisors also will discuss 
 a conceptual plan for enhancing Aramburu Island in Richardson Bay.\n\nThe 
 meeting will be in Room 330 of the Civic Center in San Rafael.\n\nMarin 
 Energy Authority schedules meetings - IJ\n\nThe Marin Energy Authority 
 board will have several meetings this week.\n\nOn Monday, the board will 
 discuss rate setting, the opt-out procedure, insurance and a contract with 
 an electricity wholesaler.\n\nThe meeting is set for 2:30 p.m. in Room 324A 
 at the Civic Center in San Rafael. A closed session conference with legal 
 counsel to discuss anticipated litigation will precede that meeting at 1 
 p.m.\n\nOn Thursday, the board is expected to vote on whether to approve a 
 final contract with Shell Energy North America, a subsidiary of Royal Dutch 
 Shell, to act as its electricity wholesaler.\n\nThat meeting is set for 7 
 p.m. at 1 McInnis Parkway in San Rafael. The meeting will also include a 
 discussion of rate setting and the opt-out procedure.\n\nThe meeting will 
 be preceded by two closed-session conferences with legal counsel to discuss 
 anticipated litigation. The first meeting is at 2 p.m. Thursday in Room 
 324A at the Civic Center; the second meeting is at 6 p.m. at 1 McInnis 
 Parkway.
