LOCATION:has become mostly a local marin city event  - lots of awards for local 
 school kids sort of stuff - but there may be some actual political stuff - 
 sometime in the morning still - like they use too - always runs late - some 
 of the agenda at the end may disappear - a lot of christian type religious
