 bill, SB 840) has made the decision to turn SB 810 into a two-year bill and 
 shepherd it through both houses of the CA Legislature in 2010. It means the 
 bill will be on a very tight timeline and the bill will have to pass the 
 State Senate in January.  Show support for\nsingle-payer health care in
