 the following:\n\n-Student fees have gone up 30% while we have lost 21% of 
 our faculty and several of our classes\n\n-President Shirvani (of Stan. 
 State) has decided to remove winter term despite overwhelming student and 
 faculty support to keep it\n\n-President Shirvani and his administration 
 have been spreading misinformation to the community and media about how 
 professors are paid and the supposed benefits of getting rid of winter 
 term\n\n-In a nationally published article in the 'Chronicle of Higher 
 Education' President Shirvani suggested that education is a "privilege and 
 not a right"\n\n-President Shirvani has not been willing to work with 
 students and faculty and created an atmosphere of intimidation and
