 administered. Marin Clean Energy will expand green power in Marin and in 
 February of 2010, the Marin Energy Authority Board of Directors is 
 scheduled to vote on the execution of a final contract with an Energy 
 Service Provider (ESP) to launch the program.\nIf Marin Clean Energy is 
 implemented and you live in a city or town that is a member of the Marin 
 Energy Authority, you will have the option to choose between power provided 
 by Marin Clean Energy or Pacific Gas & Electric. If you are not in an MEA 
 member jurisdiction, you will not have the option to choose Marin Clean
