 is the founder of the Integral Awakening Center of San Francisco, where he 
 teaches meditation, finding your life's purpose and integral practice. He 
 is an instructor at Kaiser Permanente where he teaches Mind/Body Medicine 
 and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Jonathan has been practicing 
 integral mentoring and psychotherapy with individuals and couples for 15 
 years. He is a licensed psychotherapist and integral mentor in private 
 practice with offices in San Francisco and San
