DESCRIPTION:Join us for a "Velo Vigil" to support immediate action against global 
 warming.\n\nThis is to rally support for cycling and for U.S. participation 
 in the UN Climate Conference in Copenhagen this December.\n\nNon-cyclists 
 are welcome to participate as cyclists circle the building in what will be 
 a swarm of LED lights.\n\nFolks will start congregating in front of the 
 Oakland Federal Building at 6 p.m on Friday December 11th, 2009.\n\n6:15 
 p.m. Those of us on bikes will begin circling around the building as a 
 group with LED lights (or whatever type you can mount or carry on your 
 bike).\n\n7:00 p.m. All will stand in front of the Federal Building for
