 authored the book A Community Guide to Environmental Health, a popular 
 education manual to assist communities worldwide in protecting their rights 
 to a healthy, safe environment. Jeff also publishes articles, essays, and 
 reviews in a variety of print and online publications, and has contributed 
 chapters to books on globalization,water issues, and culture.\nThis event
