 Office.\n\nB. Letter to colleges. Board will discuss and take possible 
 action on\napproving a letter to be sent out to all colleges in the 
 state.\n\nC. President Gordon trip to Washington, DC for the Congressional 
 Black\nCaucus Conference. Board will discuss and take possible action on 
 approving\ntransportation, food, and registration costs for the conference 
 to be held\nSeptember 23-26, 2009.\n\nD. Name Badges. Board to discuss and 
 take possible action on approving the\ncost of name badges for each 
 executive officer.\n\nE. Business Cards. Board to discuss and take possible 
 action on approving\nthe cost of business cards for each executive 
 officer.\n\nF. Incorporated. Board will discuss the pros and cons of
