 strongly supported with creditable documentation.\n\nWe will also need to 
 address questions directly related to the new EIR Draft with creditable 
 documentation attached.\n\nThis will be useful when the final EIR is 
 released then we can take legal action to force them to go back and address 
 the issues before continuing.\n\nThis is only one aspect of many, that we 
 can do to stop or delay the program.\n\nWe will need team leaders and 
 organizers to help so all are welcome, this is a huge project and we need
