 pulled over for a "routine traffic stop," Michael and Stephanie Williams 
 were brutalized by the Albany Police Department on June 5th in front of 
 their children. Michael was tasered multiple times while handcuffed and on 
 the ground and both parents were mistreated and arrested for no reason.
