DESCRIPTION:The Rally Across America tour will educate pet lovers on the benefits of 
 adopting a rescued pet and support the dedicated work of pet rescue 
 organizations by bringing together many of the rescue groups from the 
 Southern California area.  The tour will help the Rally to Rescue® 
 campaign inch closer to its goal of securing loving, forever homes for 
 300,000 animals across the country by the end of 2009.  \n\nAdditional 
 activities include: \n\nLive Training Sessions - Pro Plan trainer Melissa 
 Heeter and her rescued pet Viola will be conducting live training sessions 
 and providing simple tips pet owners can teach their own furry companion at 
 home. \n\nPets Available for Adoption - Several local pet rescue 
 organizations will be on hand with adoptable pets and information about how 
 to get involved in local pet rescue efforts.  Whether it’s volunteering, 
 donating funds or pet care items or adopting a furry friend, every little 
 bit helps to make a difference in a pet’s life.  \n\n
