DESCRIPTION:Collect vegetable oil from restaurants and make it into biodiesel at home! 
 We’ll go over the basics of making it and the equipment to do so. 
 Students will also get hands-on experience testing oil and making a small 
 batch. Bring a sample of used vegetable oil to class if you have it. Even 
 if you don’t go on to make it, this class will give you a solid 
 background of the chemistry (what is happening), the process (what tools 
 and ingredients make it happen), and quality testing (what determines the 
 quality of biodiesel).\n\nTo enroll: send email to:
