DESCRIPTION:On April 11th at Mono Park in the Airport District of Modesto Ca, two 
 volunteers with Modesto Needle/Syringe Exchange were cited and charged with 
 illegal distribution of clean syringes to users (specifically California 
 health and safety code) in order to help stop the spread of Hepatitis C and 
 HIV through the sharing of syringes, which has become a crises in 
 Stanislaus County.\n\nOn June 11th we went to court and waived our time to 
 be extended for Attorneys.\n\nThis coming Thursday July 9th we will be in 
 court again and ask that you come in solidarity and support for us. No one 
 should be punished for trying to do the right thing.\n\nSUPPORT THE MONO
