 halted?\n\n(2) Officers: Should the BofA CEO and board members be removed, 
 and\ntheir bonuses wiped out?\n\n(3) Decentralization & Regulation: Should 
 BofA be broken up and sold\nback to the private market with strong, new 
 regulatory and antitrust\nrules in place?\n\n(4) Other: As shareholders, 
 what other reform resolutions should we\nenact?\n\nA New Way Forward is a 
 national movement of citizens who are angry\nabout how powerful special 
 interests have hijacked the response to the\nfinancial crisis, exposing us 
 all to more financial risk, higher\nunemployment, and greater instability.
