DESCRIPTION:Help Filibuster the Novato Sanitary District Board Meetings- We Need You 
 There!\n\nACCNovato needs your help to filibuster the next NSD Board 
 meeting in order to stop the globalization/privatization of water 
 resources. All attendees, under the Brown Act, have the right to speak at a 
 public meeting. You do not have to be a ratepayer in Novato.  Under the 
 Brown Act you do not even have to identify yourself or sign in as an 
 attendee. The NSD Board allows each person 3 minutes to speak. The more 
 people we have able to spend a few minutes demanding the Board delay a 
 decision on privatization pending the results of the EPA’s criminal 
 investigation as well as demand the board for a more inclusive public 
 review of the contract operations and maintenance proposals, the more 
 chance we have of filibustering!\n\nACCNovato needs people need to speak 
 about there opposition to privatization and ask questions of the board to 
 keep them accountable. The more people the better! S.O.S. Save Our Sewers.

 meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at the above 
 address. Each meeting has a public comment item on the agenda. We can 
 filibuster each meeting causing the board to give up the idea of
