analyst for 27 years, is co-founder of Veteran Intelligence Professionals
for Sanity, and currently works at Tell the Word, the publishing arm of the
ecumenical Church of the Savior in inner-city Washington, D.C..\n\nJean
Maria Arrigo is a social psychologist and independent scholar. As a
dissident member of the 2005 American Psychological Association Task Force
on Psychological Ethics and National Security, Arrigo united with others to
deter psychologists' involvement in torture.\n\nDavid DeCosse (moderator)
is the Director of Campus Ethics Program at the Markkula Center for Applied
Ethics at Santa Clara University and teaches for their Religious Studies
Department.\n\nThis event is sponsored by Council of Churches of Santa
