DESCRIPTION:On May 22nd, protester Gabe Meyers has a 9 AM hearing at the Wiley W. 
 Manuel Courthouse, located at 661 Washington Street, Department 107. He 
 needs the support of those of us who can be there. \n\nGabe faces multiple 
 counts of battery because he splattered red paint at the April 9th BART 
 Board meeting (see link below); in its then recent court filings, BART had 
 outrageously dismissed the slaughter of Oscar Grant as the result of a 
 "tragic mistake." \n\nThe charge of battery is a felony and counts as a 
 “strike.”
