 pioneer in rainwater harvesting professional, John Russell, of Watersprout 
 ( http://watersprout.org/home.html) will share his experience with 
 designing, permitting and installing rainwater systems in the Bay Area.  
 Come hear about:\n350 gal rainwater harvesting system for toilets and 
 clothes washer in the East Bay \n10,000 gal system for irrigation on the 
 Peninsula. \n1,100 gal system in SF for toilets and irrigation\n 
 AND\n\nUntil recently, urban areas served by municipal water have tended to 
 overlook rainwater as a water resource. San Francisco would like to change 
 that by raising awareness about rainwater harvesting and promoting its use. 
 As far as we know, San Francisco is the first city in California to 
 formally adopt rainwater harvesting rules. Sarah Minick, the force behind 
 the SF rainwater rules (together with Rosey Jencks) will discuss the 
 rainwater rules and how you can contribute to realizing the vision of SF as
