 Donation Requested (no one turned away from a lack of funds)\n\n\n\nThe new 
 interim executive director of Pacifica and a crew of people are now in New 
 York at WBAI to supposedly to rebuild the stations finances and 
 listenership. At the same time the number of listeners and supporters 
 continues to decline at nearly all Pacifica stations including KPFA in 
 Northern California. The ongoing internal crisis is part and parcel of the 
 failure to provide new programming and connect with the millions of people 
 who are looking for an alternative from the corporate controlled 
 media.\nThis forum will look at what is happening at Pacifica at a variety 
 of Pacifica stations and how the network can be rebuilt to become a 
 relevant network and portal for new, information and alternative views. 
 Included will be views from throughout the country and from participants in 
 the Pacifica National Board Meeting PNB which is taking place the same 
 weekend at the International House at UC Berkeley.\n\nSpeakers:\nLeslie
