 amended EIS for the proposed (Donald) Fisher Art Museum, hotel/restaurant 
 complex, and movie multiplex it hopes to build in the historic district -- 
 Main Post, circa 1776 -- of the Presidio of San Francisco, a national park 
 and part of GGNRA.  The highly controversial, massive construction 
 proposals have been opposed by the vast majority of historic, 
 environmental, recreational, and neighborhood groups and individuals, yet
