DESCRIPTION:The City is sponsoring a "community meeting" to discuss the conversion of 
 the public space at the Botanical Garden at Strybing Arboretum into a 
 paid-admission facility. It will be at 6:30 PM on Monday, April 6, 2009. in 
 the Hall of Flowers (County Fair Building). It's next to the main entrance 
 to the Arboretum at 9th/Lincoln.\n\nThe Park and Recreation Department, 
 together with the Botanical Garden at Strybing Arboretum management, are 
 planning to charge $5–$7 to enter the gardens and lie on the grass, sit 
 on the benches, or watch the ducks. One or more of the four entrances are 
 likely to be closed. This is outrageous! Please show up to voice your
