 charge.\n\nMario Joseph, Esq. is founder and director of Bureau des 
 Avocats\nInternationaux (BAI), which has helped victims prosecute human 
 rights\ncases, trained Haitian lawyers and spoken out on justice issues 
 since\n1995. BAI successfully prosecuted perpetrators of the 
 infamous\nRaboteau Massacre, in one of the most significant human rights 
 legal\nvictories ever in the Western Hemisphere. It was a springboard 
 for\nlast year’s successful case against Haitian human rights 
 abuser\nColonel Carl Dorélien, brought by the Center for Justice 
 and\nAccountability.\n\nBrian Concannon Jr., Esq. has been co-manager of 
 BAI since 1996.\nShortly after the 2004 U.S.-backed coup which ousted 
 Haiti's\ndemocratically-elected Aristide government, Concannon founded 
 the\nInstitute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti [http://www.ijdh.org]. 
 IJDH's\nmission is "to work with the people of Haiti in their 
 non-violent\nstruggle for the return and consolidation of constitutional 
 democracy,\njustice and human rights, by distributing objective and 
 accurate\ninformation on human rights conditions in Haiti, pursuing legal 
 cases,\nand cooperating with human rights and solidarity groups in Haiti
