DESCRIPTION:Bring old (dirty) needles in exchange for new free packaged needles. No 
 catch, they're totally FREE! It’s one for one, so however many you bring, 
 we will exchange one for each one you give us.  For those that don’t have 
 needles, we will start all folks off with 20 syringes, in return, we expect 
 folks to hold on to used needles & bring them back at next needle exchange. 
 We will also have other free needs. Cotton balls cookers, condoms,
