DESCRIPTION:David Santos, a member of the Bay Area Revolution Club, is getting charged 
 with TWO felonies following the Oakland rebellion. This rebellion was a 
 response to the cold-blooded murder of Oscar Grant and the system’s 
 blatant efforts to evade justice and protect the murdering pig, Mehserle. 
 There have been over 120 arrests and the demonizing and persecution of 
 protestors continues to be carried out by a class of people intent on 
 continuing their violent repression on the people. \n\nAt the age of 16, 
 David’s political seriousness and dedication are rare and precious. As a 
 member of the Revolution Club, he is determined to bring about revolution 
 and communism and has been fighting the power in the Oscar Grant struggle 
 and transforming people with the ultimate aim of sweeping away this whole 
 rotten system. \n\nBecause David is a Latino youth and a political 
 organizer, he is the constant target of police harassment. This attempt to 
 take down a leader who is so valuable to the people, and youth in 
 particular, is a clear political attack on the movement against police 
 murders and part of a ruling class strategy to demobilize and dishearten 
 those who have or could be moved \nto struggle against this whole 
 oppressive setup. \n\nDavid is the ONLY juvenile and one of three total
