 Hayward, and south county residents need a place to speak out about this 
 murder and other acts of police abuse.\n- BART police killed Edward Seward 
 at the Hayward BART Station in 2001.\n- Before that, BART police killed 
 Jerrold Hall in 1993, also at the Hayward station.\n\nIn solidarity with 
 everyone traumatized by Oscar Grant's murder, the abuse of all Oscar's
