DESCRIPTION:The beat of the Drums, beautiful swarm of colors, and handcrafted jewelry 
 designs will be showcased in Cal. State University, Fullerton's Engineering 
 and Computer Science Lawn Saturday April 11, 2009. This Event will host 
 Native American Dances along with the traditional foods and jewelry. All 
 are welcome to join and encouraged to bring blankets and chairs.\n\nThe 
 event will host dozens of ceremonial dances, and individuals will 
 participate in competition dances with Native Americans from several 
 surrounding states. In the afternoon, audience members may be invited to 
 join the circle. Vendors will be on hand to sell traditional Native 
 American food and souvenirs.\nThe powwow is free and open to the public; 
 chairs and blankets are suggested\nfor sitting. The event is sponsored by 
 the Inter-Tribal Student Council, Association for Inter-Cultural Awareness 
 and Associated Students, Inc.\n
