 Nonviolent Communication (NVC) comes gradually through practice. This 
 training will cover all the basics and give you sufficient information to 
 start applying NVC in your daily life. Foundation Training offers 
 experiential learning by using examples from participant’s lives, 
 role-plays, exercises, and games. This series will be useful for newbie’s 
 or seasoned NVC students who want to deepen their learning. We request that 
 you read Marshall Rosenberg’s book Nonviolent Communication: Language of 
 Life during the series. Weekly assignments will be given to deepen your
