DESCRIPTION:On Saturday, January 17th, Anna Conda of Charlie Horse at the Cinch and 
 Miss Trannyshack 2004 will host a beer bust benefit at The MIX to raise 
 funds to support housing for formerly homeless individuals. Anna Conda’s 
 weekly debauchery at the Cinch was voted “Best Drag Act” in San 
 Francisco Bay Guardian’s Best of the Bay 2007. The beer bust will feature 
 fabulous drag performances by Anna Conda and her gorgeous associates. The 
 afternoon will be filled with performances, raffle prizes (including 
 tickets to Wicked), and beverages. \n\nAll proceeds will go to Community 
 Housing Partnership (CHP), which develops and operates high quality 
 permanent affordable housing for formerly homeless individuals and 
 families, integrating optional support services, job training and community 
 organizing.  With 672 units of housing at 10 sites, CHP serves more than 
 1,500 people annually.\n\n
