DESCRIPTION:Spirit, Sound & Silence is a day of renewal and inspiration held in a 
 beautiful and peaceful natural setting. The retreat is designed to be 
 “user-friendly” for new and experienced meditators alike, and includes 
 the original inspirational music of Destiny the "Harpist from the Hood," a 
 labyrinth walk, guided visioning, healing meditation, opportunities for 
 community sharing, and times of deep silence. Tuition is sliding scale 
 $35-$100, with no one turned away for lack of funds. Guests are encouraged 
 to bring a journal, a potluck item for the shared lunch, and anything 
 needed to be comfortable for the day. Some refreshments will also be 
 provided. All are welcome. Advance RSVP is requested for planning purposes.
