DESCRIPTION:The second of two Public Comment Meetings held by the Presidio Trust; an 
 opportunity for the public to comment (2-3 minutes) on proposals to build a 
 large (105,000 sq ft) contemporary art museum sponsored by Gap founder 
 Donald Fisher, an 85,000 sq. ft hotel/restaurant, and a movie multiplex on 
 the grounds of the Presidio of San Francisco's historic Main Post.  The 
 Presidio is a national park, part of Golden Gate National Recreation Area 
 (GGNRA).  In June 2008, the Trust issued a Draft Supplemental Environmental 
 Impact Statement (DSEIS) on the construction proposals, to be the subject 
 of comments 12/9.  Late last Friday, the Trust announced a "revised" art 
 museum plan, confusing and angering opponents by its lack of detail just
