 Vigil for Peace and Justice  \n\nCandles will glow on the corner of 16th 
 and J streets in Sacramento for the 26th annual Candlelight Vigil for Peace 
 and Justice from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9. The annual event 
 commemorates International Human Rights Day, officially Dec.10.\n \nRain or 
 shine, the vigil will go on, so participants should be prepared, including 
 bringing wind-proof candles or flashlights and signs to withstand rain. 
 Afterwards, vigilers will gather at Luna’s Café, 1414 16th St.  
 (delicious vegetarian dishes are available).\n\nThe co-sponsors are 
 Sacramento Area Peace Action, Sacramento Valley Chapter of Women's 
 International League for Peace and Freedom, Grandmothers for Peace 
 International, Central America Action Committee, Sacramento Physicians for
