 very special evening honoring Fania E. Davis, attorney,\ndancer, community 
 activist, and keeper of the spirit, with our first\nUbuntu Award 
 (“humanity towards others”). \n\nIn addition to harmonic sounds of 
 Vukani Mawethu, we'll be hearing Goapele, an R&B/soul songstress 
 whose\nperformances at Yoshi's sell out.  Carolyn Brandy & OJALA, a 
 dynamite Afro-Cuban percussion group with dancers,\nand a very special 
 celebrity guest MC. \n\nThere will also be a Silent Auction with many 
 enticing items.  Proceeds will benefit AIDS projects that\nVukani supports, 
 as well as help Vukani members make it to our next cultural tour of 
 Southern Africa in April '09. \n\nTickets are $50 per person and $500 for a 
 table of 10, Black, Gold, and Green tables available at higher costs\nwith
