DESCRIPTION:The American Friends Service Committee is in the process of collecting 
 Blankets for distribution at the Mexico-U.S. border to migrant individuals 
 and families who are/have been deported.  Once dropped at the border by 
 private contractors, which mostly happens at midnight so these contractors 
 collect two-days pay, people are forced to walk hundreds of miles in the 
 desert where they suffer from exposure to cold and lack of medical 
 treatment.  \n\nWe ask that people from all over the country send blankets, 
 first aid kits, and/or school supplies to our San Francisco office so that 
 we can supply these much needed items to individuals and families facing
