 or anger, how do we stay present, give empathy and consciously respond to 
 the other’s reaction?We will use NVC/Compassionate Communication, 
 transparency technologies/exercises, The Sacred Matrix, and more to heal 
 old hurts, empower and develop new skills for delivering and receiving 
 Total Truth from each other.If you feel flat or stuck or not productive in

 deep liberating truth in your real life relationship.• How to create your

 relationship.• About - Into Me See – Intimacy thru honestyLearn this 
 powerful and simple process that gives a foundation for clear and 
 compassionate communication; understand old habits of mind which create 
 distress (dis-ease); and create new habits of mind that create compassion, 
 connection, and healing within our selves. We will learn to respond with 
 communication based on true power and compassion, instead of reacting from 
 defensiveness, fear or powerlessness. We will use our own life experiences 
 for application and integration of the NVC principles. The classes include 
 didactic and experiential learning processes in an atmosphere of inclusion, 
 connection, fun, acceptance, and empathy.NVC Santa Cruz  trainer Kelly
