 presence as much as they do strategies and campaigns, potential forreal 
 transformation -- both personal and social -- begins.SIT For ChangeSitting 
 is action! Beginning at EXACTLY noon with a minute of Silencefor Peace 
 shared worldwide, five sessions of group sitting, walking, movingmeditation 
 and yoga are alternated with live music, inspiring messagesand spoken 
 word.3 Simple Ways to Take A StandTo register visit our website at

 PARTICIPATE: Register as a participant. Commit to sit for one session orall 
 five. Ask your friends, family, neighbors and colleagues to support
