 community members will hold a rally to protest Page Mill Properties’ 
 illegal rent increases to apartments in EPA.\n\nPage Mill Properties is in 
 a legal battle with the city of East Palo Alto over interpretation of the 
 city's Rent Control.\n\n The rally will begin at WestPark Apartments at 5 
 Newell Court, East Palo Alto, CA.\n\nTenants will then drive to the *Page 
 Mill Company* Headquarters located at 480 Cowper Street, Palo Alto where 
 they will join up with the larger demonstration.\n\nRally at Cowper Street 
 address will feature speakers from the Fair Rents Now Coalition, testimony 
 from tenants, and songs about corporate greed by the Raging 
 Grannies.\n\n\n\n\n
