 that youth in East Oakland have come up with creative solutions to address 
 our country's overconsumption of oil with the new Scraper Bike Movement! 
 And Bikes 4 Life is hosting a ride around Lake Merritt to promote a gun 
 truce in Oakland. We'll be meeting at the Playground Area of Lake Merritt 
 at 2 PM. We're even looking for volunteers if you want to get in deep. So 
 bring your bikes (Scraper or not) and bring your soul, and be a part of the
