 its inexorable decline. It will impact almost every part of our lives, from 
 food production to how we earn and spend money.\n\nWhat happened at the 
 first meeting?\n\nResidents from all over Marin came to learn the very 
 latest about oil and natural gas. We also started to discuss how we might 
 prepare while creating a thriving community.\n\nWhat will we do at this 
 meeting?\n\nWe'll discuss how to organize ourselves;  we'll launch some 
 initiatives and provide updates on others already in process (we've begun 
 to collect infrastructure information for the county: how old are the
