DESCRIPTION:UC Merced Asian Fest 08:\n\nThe Martial Arts Club at UC Merced will host 
 the 3rd Annual Asian Fest 08 on Saturday May 3rd at UC Merced, 5200 North 
 Lake Rd, from 11 am to 6 pm. This is a free family event open to the 
 community. Festivities will include vendors, activities, displays, ethnic 
 foods, and cultural entertainment. There will also be an Asian Indoor 
 Supershow from 4 to 6 PM in the Dr. Lakireddy Auditorium that will feature 
 Chinese Lion Dance, Polynesian Dance, Bhangra Dance, Hmong Dance, Taiko 
 Drums, Filipino Tinikling Dance, and Martial Arts amongst others. Supershow 
 tickets are $5 for adults, and $3 for kids and may be purchased in advance
