 substantial issues raised before the court. Instead, the three-judge panel 
 in a 2 to 1 decision ruled that Mumia is only entitled to a hearing for 
 re-sentencing to either life without parole or execution.\n\nJoin us for an 
 update of the latest developments and a screening of the documentary film 
 “A Case for Reasonable Doubt” outlining the case and the 1981 racist 
 ruling that put Mumia on death row where he remains to this day. Discussion
