DESCRIPTION:It pains me to have to accept a guilty plea, but on\nWednesday I will be 
 doing just that. Unable to speak\nfreely about the medicinal nature of our 
 products, the\nalternative is to face an uninformed and impartial\njury 
 that could sentence me to a ten year manditory\nminimum based on the 
 Federal Government's deception\nsurrounding cannabis as a medicine. I 
 cannot gamble\nwith raising my two children from prison for a decade\nover 
 principle, so regretibly I will accept the plea\noffered to me and hope the 
 judge sees the injustice of\nthe situation.\n\nOn Wednesday March 26th we 
 will be resolving our case\nand accepting a plea deal from the US Attorney. 
 We\nhope that supporters will show out for this , as it is\nthe last big 
 deal for us before sentencing. It is our\nfirst appearance in front of 
 Judge Claudia Wilken and\nI think it is important to let her know that 
 there is\na community of patients and providers that demand\njustice. She 
 will be responsible for the sentencing in\nour case and I believe it to be 
 important that she\nunderstand that we are one of many being 
 persecuted\nand denied our rights regarding cannabis as
