DESCRIPTION:CCSF Anarchist Library presents:\n\n\nThe SF Bay Area has one of the 
 highest concentrations of worker-owned cooperatives and collectives in the 
 country.  This weekly seminar will offer a look into the broader history of 
 such organizations to contextualize them as part of a larger movement 
 towards truly democratic, horizontally structured autonomy from state or 
 corporate control.  We will hear from historians and seasoned members of 
 local worker owned cooperatives and collectives.  We will also learn 
 practical ins and outs of operating as a collective, including 
 organizational practices and processes, financial planning and legal
